Low Maintenance Cedral Bespoke Buildings
We offer Cedral cladding to our buildings with the option of uPVC double glazed doors and windows in white, black, anthracite and rosewood woodgrain finish. We offer electrics and reverse cycle air conditioning (heat and cool).
With Tapco roof slate, these buildings are very low maintenance with fire resistant pre-coloured cladding.
Buildings are made to your requirements and we will be happy to advise on the design and any planning/Building control restrictions.
We can lay a concrete base with steel enforcing especially to suit the Cedral lap buildings, ideal to take the extra weight. Alternatively we can lay an upgraded platform base.
The Cedral lap buildings consist of:
- CLS 100x50mm (nominal) pressure treated C16 graded timber framing
- Sheathing plyboard to CLS
- Novia breathable membrane
- 38x50mm (nominal) pressure treated timber batten for Cedral lap weatherboard
- Cedral lap weatherboard
- All Cedral trims and vents
- EPDM rubber and trims – 20 year manufacturers warranty on all rubber
- 1 no pair uPVC white French doors and windows-additional finishes available
- 28mm double glazed units

Fibre cement Cedral Lap weatherboard external cladding is the ideal lowmaintenance, rot free alternative to traditional timber weatherboarding. With the visual appeal of natural timber, simplicity of installation and resistance to rot, Cedral Lap weatherboard is an attractive, low maintenance alternative to PVCu.
Cedral Lap weatherboard can be supplied in a range of factory applied solid colours and a woodgrain finish – providing an aesthetic option to suit many project requirements.

4.0m x 3.5m Cedral lap mono pitch building completed and ready for others to decorate. Including reverse cycle air-condition unit that heats and cools for different seasons , Laminated floor, Anthracite outer/white inner French doors with side lights and a high level opening window. Rubber roof and trims, walksure decking step.
C51 Silver grey Cedral lap clad building with anthracite outer white inner double glazed doors and windows. Fully insulated with 70mm PIR insulation and covered with plaster board. All electrical works and reverse cycle air condition unit as part of the project.
We removed the existing concrete garage and constructed this 5.2m x 3.0m mono pitch roof C05 Grey Cedral lap building with Anthracite uPVC double glazed French doors with side lights and a matching panel shed door. Rubber roofing with black trims. This fully insulated building is finished internally with 12.5mm plaster board fill and tapped ready for others to decorate.
